Positions When Someone Bullies

#1 The Bully: The one who starts the bully situation. Hurts the victim physically and emotionally.
#2 The Victim: The one getting bullied. The one who gets hurt.
#3 The Bystanders: The people who let the victim get bullied and doesn't help.

All of us has been one of these positions. Try not to be in any of the position.

First of all, why do bullies bully?
Bullies bully because they are angry inside because there parents don't care about them, their parents don't spend time with them, they don't have any attention, and they are being bullied by someone older than them.

Who To Contact If You Are Being Bullied

If you are being bullied you should...
Tell someone you trust like an adult, teacher, or friend
Call the kids help phone
Contact a Social Worker
Make a club of friends and try to think about a way to spread the the school that bullying is not acceptable

Tips If You Are Being Bullied

If you are being bullied you should:
Try not to show any fear
Look strong and calm
Look at the bully straight in the eye
Keep your shoulders up
Talk to the bully with a strong and confident voice
Ask that bully why he or she is picking on you
Try to change the subject
Try to make friends with the bully
Get a group of friends because you can have backup and try to talk to he or she again
And if the bully still doesn't stop, tell an adult

If a bully tries to attack you, you should:
Try to defend yourself
Try to disable the bully, but do not to hurt the bully badly
Run as fast as you can
Report to a teacher

Types of Bullying

There are 3 types of bullying. They are both mean, hurtful and scary. These are the 3 types bullying:
#1 Verbal Bullying: Includes swearing, dissing, spreading rumors, and threatening.
#2 Non-Verbal Bullying: Physical bullying by using his or her body to bully the victim by hurting them by punching, kicking, etc.
#3 Cyber-Bullying: Bullying on the internet. Cyber-Bullying is verbal bullying but verbal bullying on the internet . Threatening someone, swearing, dissing, and starting rumours by telling other people on the internet are all ways of cyber-bullying . You could cyber-bully by sending people hate e-mails, threatening e-mails, and swearing, dissing or threatening on any chatrooms.
